Relaxing Retreat

The Scarborough Beach Resort was a great choice for a last-minute getaway. The atmosphere was peaceful, especially since we had the pool and spa pretty much to ourselves during the off-peak season. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, although we weren't too concerned with the view. It was a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Redcliffe, which we appreciated, but the overall experience was really enjoyable.

I had a frustrating experience with my recent stay. We booked two rooms side by side for a family celebration but ended up on different floors, which was disappointing. One of the apartments had dirty carpets and broken furniture, while the other had mould in the bathroom and a broken outdoor setting. Despite the size for our group, the inadequate supplies were frustrating, and we had to buy essentials ourselves. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay, and I don't think I would return here.
